Corripio 0.2.1 IS A QUICK FIX TO HELP EASE THE LOAD ON THE SERVER

Release Notes:
This version is a minor update that adds some small features such as a new version checker and library refresher. Also it fixes some minor bugs. The next release (0.3) is going to be a big one with a lot more features and enhancements. Also if your interested in translating Corripio for another language, please e-mail me.
